We’re a playful and fun community that doesn’t necessarily take things too seriously. That said, we’re keen on keeping things quality. If you’re gonna use our art for something please keep it tasteful and send it our way for approval per the guidelines below.
The Following Agencies are covered by this policy:
- Fox Hollow and it’s various logos and marks;
- Jasper County Sheriff’s Office;
- Jasper County Fire Rescue;
- Magnolia Springs Medical Center;
- Any other entity owned by Fox Hollow.
General Rules
- For the Below Context, Logos and Colors refers to the logos/color schemes of all of the FH Entities listed above.
- Content Must be not be Adult – No NSFW(Not safe for Work) Content, Keep it PG, this does not mean that you can’t say make Fox Hollow Underwear, but a Fox Hollow Condom or Sex Toy is not allowed. Anything that would be rated Adult per the Second Life Content Guidelines is prohibited when it has our Logos on it.
- No Partnership is created by our approval of your use – Using the Logos and Colors must ensure that you aren’t coming off as endorsed by Fox Hollow when marketing your creation.
- Impermissible Use – Content created with our Logos must not be used for anything that is, in our sole opinion:
a. Violent, racially intolerant, or advocating against any individual, group, or organization;
b. Pornographic, profane, or not suitable for a Moderate rating;
c. Related to gambling or casinos;
d. In violation of or promoting violation of our Covenant and/or the Linden Lab’s Terms of Service or Community Standards;
e. Illegal, promoting illegal activity, or infringing legal rights; or
f. Misleading, defamatory, disparaging, tarnishing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. - Personal Use – Personal Use of the Logos/Colors is Allowed, however selling it or distributing it(even for free) requires our approval!
- Gaining Approval – You can find the forms for that below for different groups. If you can’t find the form below, contact Jacob Fear(dark.nebula) inworld with your questions.
